    87-89 evin.140,Looper.     I know the I.d.# but how do I find the capacity?

    I am looking to buy a 2nd galaxy this one is a 19 ft. center console. It has no manuf. plate,but it has one from north carolina. How do I find out its capacity?and model? Is there somewhere I can go to get this info If i have the hull ID?
