I have been working on this for a while. when running it will only run for a short time once it gets up to running temp 160 ish it starts cutting out (not always immediately). if I sit for a while it will start and run.

I have a 90 searay with a 99 7.4L with MPI bravo 1. it was running rough so I changed the water seperator and now it wont start? I filled the filter when I put it on. If I spray injector cleaner in and try and start it, it runs until the spray is gone? any help would be greatly appreciated.
