The control panel in my 310 has a breaker for the cockpit ice maker / freezer on both the AC and DC side. The fridge works fine on AC when plugged into shore power but will not run on DC. Should it do this? Is there an inverter in the boat to allow the freezer to run on DC?
I have a 2002 Doral 310 SE and the ice maker / freezer in the cockpit area only runs on shore power. There are breakers for the freezer on the panel on both the AC and DC sides. Is there an inverter that is used to create 110V from the dc power side? If so where might it be? What am Iooking...
