Picked up Johnson V4AL-14 on a boat with trailer yesterday, seems to run very well, has forward and reverse, but is not spitting out cooling water anywhere that I can see.
Is the circled hole above where water should be coming out?
How big of a job is it to change the impellor, or whatever else...
