pulse limiter hooked in the hose that runs the vro pump. does check valve in it allow crank case pressure in one direction only or does it allow partial restriction in opposite direction ?engine surges at all speeds and shuts down .restart after priming .could check valve...

92 evinrude v4 90 hp
trimming motor while moving forward blows 20 amp fuse . turn motor off will not start,no tilt/trim .replace fuse everything works .turn motor off,have to replace fuse again .any suggestions !

Hasnt been in water last 3 years
Got it going
It keeps blowing a fuse (same fuse everytime)
Then, my power trim wont work and when I shut it off it wont start again
As soon as I change the fuse, start it and its running, use the power trim it blows it...
