91 70hp Evinrude. I read from a previous post about an older Evinrude that after pumping the primer bulb, put the key in on position, push in the key and hold for 8 seconds, release and then turn over. Would this procedure be true for mine also? thanks
91 70 hp Evinrude will turn over when I put it in fast idle nuetral. When in straight up nuetral it will turn but when I push in button and pull up on release and move to forward position it will do nothing. Any ideas. Thanks
