well the answer to all my past posts is the man had sent me a hpdi motor instead of an efi motor the degree of the crankshaft is the only difference so be careful of this they look the same bolt up the same ,thanks to all that tried to help me out
have a new powerhead replaced spins over real good have spark fuel pressure is there replaced all sensors except o2 sensor and tps sensor have good spark but gas fouls the plugs right away any suggestions

motor will not start replaced just about all sensors have spark and plenty off fuel have fouled out a set of plugs gas fouled its a 2000 model 200 hp ox 66 fuel injected model any help

well let me begin with this bought a reman power head took all parts off a running motor had a bearing noise in old one tested o2sensor,tps,cps and adjusted with feelers gauge checked timing it 10 degrees off ran a compression test has 120 all 6 cylinders

well bought a reman powerhead transfered everything to new powerhead went to start back fires through exhaust after spins a few times the motor is on tdc and the cps is adjusted to specs motor has 120 psi per cyl notice the sparkplugs are gas fouled have good spark too
