    Starter motor gear will not raise.

    Hi There<br />Just bought a Johnson 85 V4 Hydro electric Drive. Don't know the year. The starter motor spins but does not raise to turn the flywheel. There is plenty of power in the battery. Is this a starter of a celeuniod (sp) problem? What is the solution?Many thanks from a newbe.<br...
