I bought a 2002 9.9 Bigfoot exl shaft, and I didn't get a users manual. I figured out how to do everything except tilt it back up. I've been using the "c" shaped lever on the shaft, but it seems to me there's probably an easier way since reaching back around the shaft and holding that lever up...
