    i have a evinrude 5hp it was turning on but alot of white smoke would come out i stored it for about 2 weeks and tried to turn it on and it doesnt do anything so i just changed the 2 sparkplugs and got new gas and still does not turn on not even a noise if anyone can give me a little advise on...
