1992 Mercruiser Sterndrive...when pushed to full throttle position or close (say pumping the throttle before starting) the power trim activates.
I have never worked on the cables and/or control lever so not sure where to start...?
One minute everything working correctly. Shut off engine, go to restart, everything dead. Gauges, starter, everything except trim to raise/lower the outdrive. Battery terminals secure and clean. I am thinking ignition switch.
