Still having overheating problems. Tried just about all the obvious solutions.
I understand my motor does not have an oil cooler, so my next thought is to look at the exhaust manifold. Any suggestions here?

I have a Nissan NS5B with spark but will not start. Will turn over for 5 seconds or so after a shot of starting fluid, but that's it.
Checked fuel line and filter and they appear okay. Gas mixed at 50:1 with 2 stroke out.
Motor looks clean, but has sat for a couple of years.

Was able to remove outside and inside doors to remove lower screw on shaft. Soaked 8 bolts with penatrating oil and got 5 out clean, but 3 bolts snapped at the thread line about 3/8" from top of bolt...
