I have finished repainting my boat and I'm now putting things back on it. I am replacing the steering column but seem to have lost the pictures I took of how it was originally placed. Here are pictures of what all pieces I have and I'm wondering if you guys could maybe help me to figure out how...
Sorry if this isn't in the right place. I couldn't find a trailer repair section. I was supposed to get my boat sand blasted by my cousin but he can't get his blasting setup to work. It has been a month already and I don't want to wait any longer. I decided to sand it myself using wire wheels...
I have decided to start another project since im getting close to being finished with my first boat. I have an 1978 arrow glass 14 foot flat bottom boat that I am wanting to convert into a bass boat. I mostly want to convert it because when you move or drop anything in the boat it makes alot of...
So I just got around to putting my last coat of rustoleum topside paint on my boat today not knowing we had rain coming. It has been a really hot day ( mid 90s) and the paint has had at least 6 hours to dry and is dry to the touch. I used the Valspar hardener on this coat. My problem is that the...
Re: 1958 lone star malibu boat restoration help
If you compare his boat to mine you notice the fins on mine are taller and have a sharper slope than his. His has what I am guessing is a splash tray mounted to the transom which mine does not have. His bow cap is much smaller than mine. It is...

Short update today. I finished stripping the cowling, polished the trim on it and finished repainting my engine medallions. The medallions aren't perfect but they look a lot better than before.
