    alpha gen 2 getting too hot?

    I just got done changing gear ratios on my outdrive followed the procedure. When I ran a test on the boat with the muffs the top of the drive got up to 132 degrees @ 2500 rpm for five min run test. Does anyone think that's too hot? Opinions would be great thanks. Mark

    taking on water!

    Hello I have a 99 gen 2 merc dripping water out of the shift cable on top of the intake what can I do to stop this? Is there a seal bad or something? Thanks
