i just bought a 18 horse johnson and i am trying to get it running for a kicker motor. i need to know if it has a fuel pump. i have fire and comp. but don,t seem to be geting fuel. not sure of serial no. will post tomorrow
in the clymer manual the spec chart says 125hp 1984-1988c 125hp 1988c-1989. how do i know which one i have. i thought it was a 1988 but not sure it could be a 1989.
the problem is when you run the boat the warmer the engine gets there seems to be some kind of breakdown in the ignition system. there is a miss that comes and goes at high speed. if you back off on the throttle it seems to go away. my guess is a coil or a cd box. can anyone tell me the proper...
1988 125hp force. i pulled the lower unit and when i did the crankshaft spline seal fell off and i am not sure which way the cupped edge went. i think it was up. i have a manual but the picture is not clear enough to tell. please help
i would like to know where i can find a cross reference for all props. i need to find out all the props that will fit a 1988 125hp force.there are alot of props being sold on ebay by numbers and i need to know if they will fit or not.i am looking for a 15 pitch any brand.
