Washing the boat yesterday I noticed this:
At most it's been like this for two weeks because that was the last time I washed it. Looking at pictures of that gasket online it seems the entire gasket in that section is out. Is two weeks enough time to do serious damage?

I have an riveted aluminum hull 1993 Lowe 2200 Deckboat that after 14 years of running up and down the river with has developed several leaking rivets. About 14 that I could see after filling the boat up with water while I had it home.

From those numbers I think it's a 15hp Johnson with a electric start. I wondering on the year. I've asked my grandfather to recheck the numbers to make sure that C wasn't an L but he says those numbers are correct.
Ran across a boat today at an old abandoned barn and if I can find out who owns it I'm might try to get it from them.
Anyway, someone along the way decided the motor need flames painted on it so I don't know what size or year it is.
