My low mileage 5 year old Honda suddenly seems to be running on only 2 cylinders; fails to get to normal full power; peaks out at about 2/3 throttle then stumbles at higher settings.
Check of plugs shows # 1 & 3 "normal"; #2 black and wet.
What should I do?

My yard sale '94 evinrude 6 HP ran fine the first two short times out. But now it runs on only one cylinder; except that once in a while the other cylinder cuts in for a rev or two and quickly disappears. Any ideas before I pull the flywheel and delve into the ignition mysteries? oh yes, I did...
Is there a flush/test connection for a hose that I can't see?The only water inlet I see is on leading edge of lower exhaust - doesn't look amenable to muffs etc
