HI, I have two manuals for this engine but am unable to locate the the WOT or redline rpm's for this engine.Its on a 18' Cajun and has a Viper prop (pitch unknown) and at 40mph its 4500 rpm's (about 3/4 throttle). Is there any one out there who knows the answer? Last thing I want to do is fry...
I have a 1990 Johnson 175 (J175STLESE)and just realized that the Quicksilver grease I used says, "do not use on OMC with electric shift". Does any one know how to tell if I have that type and screwed uped or did I panick for nothing :confused: ?
