    AV plate is just about 1.5 inches above pad of hull. Might be able to go up one hole to get 2.25 above pad. How many rpm would one hole increase?

    Yes, 1.78 lower locked up this spring, think it may be a bearing but decided to get a 1.87 SEI lower for now, might repair it later. attached pictures of boat and motor mounts.
