    gpsmap or gpsmap(s) for inland lakes?

    Hello, I am considering a Garmin gpsmap 431 mainly for navigation, but the s version with sounder is not much more money, like $30 I think. Should I just get the s version for Lake Champlain and smaller lakes, or use the Garmin for GPS only and look at a Humminbird maybe later? Any thoughts...
