    got a new 24 volt trollng motor..the t/m comes with 2 wires (black-red) with 2 ring connectors aready crimped on...question is do you cut those off and butt connect them to the wires of the plugs (male and female)? or how exactly does this work...i understand how to wire the battery making them...

    ran a check b/c dash lights were flashing ,pulled codes tps1,tps2, fuel feed pump.. well motor cranks fine, everytime, runs great at idle, and will run forever, but when you throttle up to about 4k or more and run it for about 2 minutes or so,, its starts surging and cutting out really...

    1st just let me say before i go any further my battery is not 1000cca, but in the manual(b/c all say check that 1st) it never states i have to have a 1000cca battery..so before i try to figure out what i'm doing wrong o reseting myecu should i install a 1000cca amp battery..?
