I have a 1998 225 EFI, that no matter if the engine is warm or cold has a hard time starting and rough idle low idle and will stall. If i just keep very little foot throttle in it, its fine. It gets on plane no issues, runs fine at any speed other than idle (all the way up to 5800 Rpm). It has...
