I picked up the braided clear tube, barbed coupler, and hose clamps from the hardware store.
Unfortunately, I have not had a chance to install them and test the boat yet.

Do I need to pull the outdrive? What is involved in replacing it if corroded?

Hello All, I’m new to the forums.
I have the same issue with a Penta 3.0 GS. Manifold vey hot, high pressure in the hose between the stat and the circulation pump, riser always warm to the touch.
What was the fix to this posted issue? Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you
