    Cobalt Motor Swap

    I bought a 1974- 16' Cobalt. The engine is locked. It is a 302. I was wondering if I can just buy a 302 from a newer car or truck and put it in the boat. I have never owned a boat before, I am hoping to get this one running. Thank you to anyone who offers feedback, I appreciate it. Gus

    Will a car or truck motor from the mid nineties and newer fit in a 1974 cobalt? The boats 302 ceased a couple of years ago. Thank you.
