    out of gas 150 evinrude

    98 150 hp runs fine at idle and get 5000rpm but if i let it idle she will run out of gas and i have to fill up all the carbs by pumping the primer ball. or if i put her in gear and take off she'll do the same thing but alot sooner.

    carbs rebuilt among other things. when start motor at first runs great then when she warms a bit idle tapers down and she purs like a kitten.OUT of the blue idle begins to jump around from 900 to 1200 rpms then holding at 1200 for a while and finally stalls

    last week vro crapped out , i quickly changed it. today i ran the boat and at woa the engine would just cut out and stall. the only way to keep the boat going is to have someone constantly pump the ball.

    vro vs sucking air problem 150 e rude

    installed a new vro pump still have to depress the key prime to go into gear get her to run at 2000 rpm tied to the dock. for a while . then she stalls could it be low compression? SHE seems to suck oil because the level goes down. but why isnt she sucking gas properly? I have gone over this...
