My 96 225 is spitting a little fuel out of the bottom hose that comes from bottom of the block to the bottom of the carb cowl.It only does at wot.Any help on why greatly appreciated

I just purchased this motor.On the port side head there is a fitting with an 1/8" hose coming off it.Where does it hook to.I have the seloc manual (i know i know ) but can't find where this hose goes.On the starboard head there is a brass plug in the same location.
I am looking at a 96 150 ocean pro with 540 hours.The owner has all reciepts and documents on all work performed to this motor.Has been stored indoors.My question is whats it worth$$
