could someone tell me in laymans terms where the idle mixture screws on my carbs are as my manual says where they are but they are not there

here in england what is the equivalent to seafoam
non of the shops i been to have heard of seafoam so all these threads saying use seafoam is there anyone in the know what we call it
just got myself a carb tester off ebay with no instructions
as a completet noob where do i plug the tubes into and what sort of readings should i get (if good)

i want to replace my floor and have read about fibre glassing the floor to the hull
question 1: do i fibreglass just the ends of the ply to the hull or do i glass the whole floor
its an 18ft fletcher arrow fibregalss hull

could one of you very knowledgebale people out there give me the symptoms if the main nut(the one that holds it to the block itself) of a carb (one of 3 carbs) wasnt tightened properly
now to put it in laymans terms
there are 3 carbs with 2 nuts holding each carb to the engine i tightened them...

i had a problem with fuel peeing out the top screw in the carb you guys diagnosed as sticky float, i took carbs off and the one that was doing the peeing i found the spring wasnt in the hole on the float
question 1- would this have been the cause of it...

when looking at carbs on the right hand side is a thing that you can turn

went out today and the cog on the starter motor has worn down so much it dont connect to the flywheel(ever tried using a pull cord on a 115hp) been trying to get one from uk stores with no luck usa stores want 30 bucks for delivery i dont suppose...

i have a mid steer 18ft fletcher arrow mid 70s build 2 questions
1: the steering cable is too long would this be the cause of it being really hard to steer even at WOT and can i cut it down dont know what steering it is but is about an inch 1/2 thick
2: has anyone seen a mid steer...
i went out on saturday all was fine
went out sunday and all of a sudden cough cough splut, i was 3 miles out and from a screw in the top carb the fuel was coming out as much as water does from the tell tale, it did sort itself out and engine was fine so i nursed her back to pontoon, spray carb...
