Tested the boat last thurs and the steering "seemed" hard to me. What type of steering system is on this boat and what do I need to look for or ask? It's getting cleaned up and we should pick it up this Monday. Thanks

Do I need to bypass or jump something to get base timing? Does NE1 have the mercruiser service manual...
