i have an 86 140 evinrude that is giving me fits. Sometimes it starts right up, most times it doesn't. After i do get it started it will not do anything but idle and roughly. It may go dead several times during this process. when it does finally run and run right it will run for about 3-5...
i have a minn kota turbo pro 42 and after you run it for a couple of minutes it will start on-off-on-off.and so on. It does have an in line breaker but as fast as it is coming back on i dont think the breaker would have time to reset. Any ideas or do i just need to find another T.M.?
WHAT WILL CAUSE THE PRIMER BULB TO :mad: CALAPSE. MINE CALAPSES AND ENGINE GOES DEAD WAIT A MINUTE OR TWO AND THE BULB WILL FILL BACK UP ON ITS OWN BUT IT IS HARD TO START BACK UP. WHEN THE BULB FILLS BACK UP (ON ITS OWN) IT DOES GET HARD.
