    9,5 exhaust problem

    hi there! have 3 9,5hp engines, every one with problems. This one had a exhaustleak in the tower so I had to use it without cowl. Made a plug with silicon. The engine runs, doesnt leak, but when I try it in the water it wont start, even if it runned 5 sec ago! Big problem?

    runs poor on idle.....

    my 9.5hp runs poor at idle, it has a good high rpm, but it barks a couple of times and stops. checked carb and it is clean, could it be the low-speed-adjustment knob?

    Have an Clymer-manual that says 96-120 in.-lb. at cylinder head bolts. my tool has scale for ft.-lb and kgm. How many ft.-lb are 96-120 in.-lb?
