    Coupler style shift mechanism or Cam style shift mechanism, on force 120 ?

    I have a 91 Force 120 and goofed by turning the shift shaft while changing the impeller. f/n/r still work but this seem a little off. I think I may have turned the shift shaft while doing so. Would this be a sign of a cam style mechanism.

    Force 120, pumps water but overheat buzzer is going off

    Anybody else have this issue. I can lots of water pumping but the alarm went off. I shut down the motor and started it again and the buzzer stopped. A little while later, the buzzer went off again. Is it possible to overheat if you're pumping water.

    Bilge pump will not shut off when float switch wire is attached.
