I have a 1990, 20 HP (thru exhaust) 3blade 10x13. I removed the prop to check the shaft and when reinstalling, the nut doesn't seem to be tightening. I'm already past the cotter pin hole and could still tighten more. I've read that the nut should be torqued to 10 ft lbs. Is this correct? It...
