    I am having a bit of a problem with cylinders 3 & 4. compression is good and the carb is working great. I inspected the reeds and those look good as well. If you hold your hand over the top carb you can fell it pulling in the air, but the bottom carb does not. I was having this problem last year...

    Ok where to start......been a long day... 1991 Force 120 hp. Had the powerhead rebuilt in 2008. Changed the spark plugs yesterday (have changed them before, just not sure if they were clean) and noticed the plugs in the bottom to cylinders were kinda clean. Didnt really think on it to much...

    Loose Steering On outboard

    i know its really not the engine that matters but not sure where else to post. i have rack and pinion steering and its real loose, like when i let go of the steering wheel the engine will not stay in place it turns all the way left or right.     I need any help i can get with my outboard. it is all freshly rebuilt. and only runs on cylinders 1 & 2.
