Need get some advice in trouble shooting a hard to reach wiper motor. My only test point is the wiper motor switch at the instrument panel. Couple of questions:

My 3000 Martinique has a Kohler generator and the power panel has a switch that allows you to turn on the blower. The switch on the panel will not turn on my blower but the blower switch at the helm does. How would this switch arrangement work? Is there a 3 way circuit somewhere?
