I have a 20' Maxum SR2000 with a Mercruiser 3.0LX and a 19" Mercury High Five SS prop. We don't waterski, so hole shot's not important to me. We do occasionally drag the kids on tubes, but 75% of the boating we do is just cruising the rivers and lakes.

I suspect there's a problem with my choke unloader and the instructions in manual #13 about bending the "tang" on the throttle lever don't make any sense to me. Wondering if anyone can help. Now here's the very long-winded history...
