I have heard from some retailers that ZC is outlawed by the EPA and no longer stocked.
I did buy enough for minor painting recently, but I'm wondering if you've heard anything similar?

Are you going to add some weight to it prior to floating to check for leaks?
If it's a bare hull you might not get enough pressure to show leaks, and she might float so high that rivets normally under the waterline will be above. When the fully...
