    Timing marks 1996 Mercruiser 5.7

    I am trying to time my 1996 Mercruiser 5.7 and am having a hard time understanding the timing marks<br />on this engine. Can some one advise? I know that 8degrees BTDS is correct. I just can't read the timing marks <br /><br />Thanks

    Mercruiser 5.7L HP Rating ??

    I just purchased a 1996 Sea Ray w/5.7L Mercruiser 350CI. The horse power rating is 210HP. I thought the 5.7L basic was a 260 HP rating. What is the difference?

    fuel pump

    1995 Mercruiser 4.3lx I have had to replace the fuel pump 3 times over the last two years. One time a bad load of gas(full of water) stopped the pump. Both other times the pump worked intermittingly-not good in the ocean. Is this a weak link in the system?

    trim failure on 4.3 mercruiser alpha I/O

    My 1995 Mariah with the 4.3 mercruiser and alpha 1 outdrive will not trim up. The Trailer trim will lift the outdrive all the way up, but the trim button on my control will not raise the outdrive. It wll trim down. Any suggestions?
