    1971 18hp, flywheel wobble...

    ..as the title says, the flywheel is "wobbling", enough that it is hitting the recoil starter supports/legs. Is this just the upper roller bearing? Is it a drop in part or will i need to split the crankcase? thanks

    Honda BF8...water/cooling questions....

    I have a Honda BF8, the "pee hole" is only dribbling, however the impeller is good. I know that the impeller is good because if I pull the hose directly from the the thermostat connection, I get a good, forceful water flow.     1959 10hp Johnson Seahorse: idles well, no top end

    As, the title says, I have a '59 Seahorse 10hp. Seems to run very well, it idles smooth. I even have it idling so slow and low it sounds like it will stall -but it doesn't. And I can run it for 2-3 hours non-stop, but, I could've sworn I was closer to 27mph last season. The only thing that...

    evinrude serial..can't quite decode it...

    I just bought a "25 hp Evinrude", electric start, pumps water, seems happy...but I don't think it's actually a 25..the serial/model reads 181028 e10177. So, the best I can tell is it's a 1971 18hp with electric start, is this correct? Also, I need to convert the kill switch from "push to stop"...
