    95 2-stroke merc 8hp - white fluid from exhaust

    Anyone know what this is, I am taking it to the mechanic in 2 weeks and I would like to have some idea of whats going on. It has an idle problem as well. I read on other posts that water coming from the exhaust is normal but why would it be white? Thanks J

    Won't hold an Idle

    I have an 8hp Merc and it has the controls on the tiller OK the problem, It starts first pull 99% of the time. In nuetral I can't give it gas because if I turn the tiller it goes in to forward. If I just leave it in nuetral it dies unless choked. I have made sure there is pressure in the ball...
