My motor is 1981 35 hp with a jet drive lower unit that I put on it last year. It seems to be be missing at WOT. If you watch this short video I made of the motor running maybe you can steer me in the right direction on how to fix it. Any help would be very much appreciated and thanks.

First a little about my motor(j35rcig). I've owed it for about 5 years now, the block and tiller is from a '87 30 hp w/electric start(j30tecub). It also uses the original '81 35hp carb with butterfly choke.
