Which plugs and what gap should I use in a 15 horse 1990 Mariner?
Unable to locate a specific manual. Unknown history on the motor.
Compression is 125 and 130 and motor seems to run strong, but smokes a bit when trolling.

Just purchased it from a reseller. No known history, what all should I check before using.
It is still well below freezing here in Maine, and my garage is unheated so I am thinking of waiting till spring to start it up.

Trying to replace impeller as the motor runs hot. The old impeller looks shot, hard and has quite a set to the fins.
Everything is apart except I can't figure out how to get the drive shaft to release from the motor. does it go straight through the motor to the flywheel nut?

My motor has questionable water flow. So following the water pump/impeller replacement directions I found the impeller "key" is a piece of 1/16" round stock that rides on a flat in the shaft. Shouldn't the key have a flat machined in it?

The pugs in it are QL77JC4, but the tag on the plug wire says L78V. Which is right, and what would the gap be?
