I'm thinking the left side here is still going to be part of the transom. I'm guessing it's all going to come out.

The boy's got it cleaned up pretty good.

I need to sand all this down , but I'm not sure how smooth or how rough it can be.

I finally got photobucket to work. So now every one can see what I'm asking.

I'm betting on rot.

It took a lot longer than it should have , but hey it's out . You live and you learn.

I finally got the gimbal housing off, and the last little bit of the deck out.

My boy's made me proud again on Sunday. They worked there butts off, and we got all the foam out, and cleaned up. I can feel the fiber glass itches coming on. Can't wait!!!

They clean up the mess in the boat better , than they clean up there toys in the house.Works for me.

There is not a 6 year old or a 3 year old out there that work harder than these two boy's.

One step forward , two steps back.

And its finally out , almost time for more destruction. Have to measure first.

This is how we do things in PA. And no I'm not the old guy on the skid loader. This old farmer is awesome. He can fix anything with a hammer . He could rebuild this engine with a hammer if he wanted. And he is hilarious to be around.

Finally found time to make another attempt . I got her this time. Gonna take a short family vacation , and get i'll back at it next week .

After 2 hours and getting 35 gallons of gas out of the tank. I finally got it pulled out.
