I have a 1997 90 HP Evinrude. I am able to use the tilt/trim at the motor, but not at the throttle. Is there a fuse that I am missing?
I have taken apart the throttle to see if the switch is bad for the tilt/trim and it appears to be fine.

I am having a small issue with a 90 HP envinrude. I am able to start the engine when cold, but I must have the fast idle at about 3/4 when starting. I also push the primer about 8 seconds prior starting. At times the engine will not idle in the neutral position... it just stalls...
I am unable cold start without removing hood, turning the red primer solenoid lever to the manual position and pumping the fuel line bulb. I really do not want to pull the hood off everytime I start.
