Re: Teleflex SeaStar Hydraulic Outboard Steering Kit
OK,
Today we installed the seastar system. I had cut the old cables and removed the rack system last week, so it only took about 4/5 hours. I did have a marine mechanic who helped me on his day off.....he was well worth the $ I gave him...

My 2001 Trophy 2002 WA is a great little fishing boat. It Listed New for about 28,500 with Trailer and Options. I was surprised to see that the new 2102 is now "show-priced" at $50K. Guess I will be keeping my 2002 for awhile!
After 8 years the 4-section rod holder is cracked and chipped.
Has anyone replaced the rod holders on a 2002 WA, how do you get access to the mounting bolts?
Thanks
John
My 150 HP recently started overheating around the 2000 - 3000 RPM range, I am thinking impeller or thermostats. Any other ideas? How hard is it to change these items?
Thanks
John

Thanks, Jersey John
I recently bought a 2004 Bayliner 185 with the 4.3L engine. Since its winter here in NJ, I couldn't do an in-water test on the boat. Since its a bayliner the price was definately right. I would like any feed back on this model, both pros and cons.<br />The boat was a leftover, not used.<br...
