    Changing spark plugs

    I have a 1976 Mercury Thunderbolt 115 outboard and I would like to change the spark plugs- I have purchased new plugs NGK -BUHW and I am wondering if I just take out the old plugs and replace or do I need to worry about setting the spark arc or any other issue?

    de-carb mercury outboard

    I have a 1976 mercury 115 which has carbon build up-I am planing to use seafoam with the gas mixture but wondered about spraying deep creep (sea foam) directly into the carburators and if I need to remove the faceplate -and- or filters before doing so-I am very new to boating

    leak where transom meets hull

    we have had our older boat recently fibre glassed but there is water coming in on the bottom transom seam can anyone recommend a sealant?
