Hi! I have a 2000 Yamaha f40 (F40MLHY) and it is manual start with manual tilt (gas assist I guess. But still manual)
I want to add electric start. I know I need to change the flywheel so I can have a ring gear. but do I need to change the stator as well? I am not worried about a charging...
