    Should i buy this motor 200$ 1980s 30hp mariner yamaha

    This motor has sat for 8 years looks like the lower unit and most everything else is in good shape. Do you guys think 200$ is too much money? If i coukd get it for 100$ could i part it out?

    I have a johnson 33hp seahorse electric start. I bought the motor for 125$. I brought it home sprayed a bit of starter fluid in the carb and it fired right up in the trash can ran two three minutes. I shut it off. Three weeks later i took the motor on the lake and i couldn't get it to stay...
