I was wondering if water is shooting out of the water outlet "tell-tale" does that mean the water pump is working properly in conjunction with the impellar? Or does that mean the impellar is working properly... but the pump -may not- be? Reason I ask is because the water jacket gets pretty hot...

Ill admit.. I watch about 4-6 hrs of TV a week. A little History/Disc/TLC or CMTV. Sadly I have to pay extra just to see those 4 stations I like. The rest of TV is either boring or garbage. Sorry just my opinion.
