1960 Evinrude Fastwin 18hp (15023)
Runs great. Idles nice and low. Starts on first pull. Dosen't ever die.
But once i get it out on the lake and kill the motor it won't start for about 20-30 minutes. Almost acts like its flooding? Could it be flooding when I kill the motor? After 20- 30 it...
Here are some pictures... trying to figure out what this thing is. Thought it was a ladder (or step) at first but it dosen't go down far enough to step on. I'm sure I am the only person in the world who dosen't know what this is.

I have a 1960 evinrude fastwin (15032) and have never figured out how to tilt the motor all the way back for trailering. I have just been using a ratchet strap to keep it back. The tilt/trim adjustment an lock work great... But the adjustment is only a few inches. What am I missing?
