Picked up some bulkhead and stringer template material at Costco recently. As luck would have it, they threw in a sectional couch with it.

I have a bilge again! Colors are very off in these because of the blue tarp I have draped over my gantry and because I shot these with my phone instead of in RAW format with one of my real cameras.

Had some lovely help last night and finished up the transom. Really glad I decided to grab a jar of Titanium Dioxide pigment when I placed my last US Composites order, came out looking just as nice as gelcoat.

Found this awesome transom wood removal tool at Home Depot. It made quick work of the remaining wood and barely scraped the fiberglass.
Picture taken halfway through after under an hour of work. It would have taken me all afternoon to make that kind...

Today's progress. Bottom half of the transom is rotted. I sure wish the whole thing was. Royal PITA removing the wood that's not rotten.

Nearly cancer free, just have to remove the rotten transom and rough up the fiberglass, then I can start putting her back together.
